The Blossom Double Row Slatted Bed Base is crafted from sturdy beech plywood and features a durable interlocking comb-joint frame. It includes 48 ergonomic beech slats with a grey paper finish. Flower-shaped plates with patented IFS technology provide targeted flexibility in the shoulder zone, while the lumbar area is reinforced with double slats that can be adjusted for firmness using sliders. Each pair of slats is housed in TPV inserts that move both horizontally and vertically, allowing them to adapt precisely to the body’s contours.
The minimalist design of the Blossom double bed base makes it very easy to insert in almost all bed frames, while the special comb locking system guarantees the stability of the frame.

In the shoulder area, flower-shaped discs with patented IFS technology offer exceptional comfort. Their unique interactive tilting function absorbs and redistributes body pressure by shifting load away from high-pressure zones. This allows the shoulder area to sink in naturally, helping prevent pain and discomfort during sleep. You can also adjust the rigidity of each disc to suit your needs.
In the lumbar zone, twelve high-support double slats—six on each side—feature firmness-adjusting sliders. These let you fine-tune the level of support: sliding them outward increases rigidity, while moving them inward makes the slats more flexible, ensuring tailored support for the hips.
The paired slats are housed in flexible TPV inserts, which function as mini shock absorbers. Their gentle tilt in both horizontal and vertical directions enhances the overall ergonomics, allowing the bed base to respond dynamically to body movement.

The product is shipped with the frame assembled and the slats inserted. Only the feet will be screwed in place, if present.
If you think the entrance of your home might be too narrow to bring the bed inside, you can opt for two Single Slatted Bed Bases and join them on-site using special hooks, available in the accessories section of those products.

You can choose between two options for the legs, depending on how you want to use the bed base
No legs: this option is ideal if you need a drop-in slatted base for an existing bed frame with side supports and a central beam running from the head to the foot of the bed. If you do not have a central support in the outer bed frame, we can supply two legs to screw to the centre beam of the slatted base. To request this option please contact us.
With central and side legs: this option is ideal if you wish to use a freestanding bed base. In this case the bed is supplied with 2 central legs and 4 side legs.
The wood is lacquered with a pore sealing finish and can be cleaned with a soft cloth and lukewarm water. If necessary, a mild wood cleaner can be used for more resistant stains.
The slats can easily be replaced if necessary. To obtain replacement slats, you can send us a request using the contact form. To replace the slats, simply pull them out of their slots and insert the new ones.
