Its ultra-low profile and compact footprint make it ideal even for smaller spaces, offering a practical surface without adding unnecessary visual bulk.
A 3.2 cm thick solid beech wood frame surrounds a tatami surface, combining the warmth of natural wood with the distinctive texture of woven rush. Together, the two materials evoke the understated simplicity of traditional Japanese interiors.
A routed detail along the underside creates a slight recess from the outer edges, making the profile appear slimmer and lending a sense of lightness to the solid form.

Our colour palette ranges from a transparent finish, through a variety of natural wood shades, to white, grey and black, making it easy to integrate the furniture into different interiors and styles. To help you choose, we offer a free sample delivery service, allowing you to see the quality and grain of the wood in person and compare the different finishes. To request samples, contact us and let us know which colours you’d like to see.
In addition to our standard range, you can also choose a custom RAL colour to match each piece precisely to your existing furnishings or the requirements of a specific interior design project. In this case, we’ll prepare a sample in your chosen colour and send it to you for approval before applying the finish to your furniture.

If it is varnished, the wood can be cleaned with a damp sponge and, if necessary, a gentle wood cleaner. If it is left untreated, the surface can only be vacuumed or dusted. Unvarnished wood should not be wet at all to prevent the surface from becoming rough. If this should happen, however, the surface can be smoothed again by sanding it with a fine sandpaper (180 grit).
