The Hybrid H3 Futon – Wool, Cotton, Latex & Pocket Springs is designed to deliver an advanced sleeping experience where carefully selected natural materials and modern technology work in harmony to provide comfort, support, and optimal temperature regulation all year round.
A layer of natural wool on both sides forms the surface in direct contact with the body. Naturally breathable and thermoregulating, wool helps maintain a dry, comfortable sleep environment, retaining warmth in colder months while staying fresh and cool when temperatures rise.
Beneath the wool, carded cotton adds structure and breathability, creating a balanced, stable transition toward the core of the futon.
Two 4 cm latex layers, one on each side, introduce elasticity and progressive adaptability. This enhances weight distribution and relieves pressure points.
At the center lies the technological core: an independent pocket spring system. Each spring responds individually to pressure, offering targeted support that adapts to different areas of the body. This structure also reduces motion transfer, making it an excellent choice for shared sleeping. At the same time, the space between the springs promotes continuous airflow, helping maintain a fresh, dry, and hygienic interior over time.
The result is a futon that combines firmness with dynamic responsiveness, where the support of springs, the elasticity of latex, and the natural qualities of wool and cotton work together to deliver deep, balanced, and long-lasting rest.
For those who prefer a wool-free option, a version with cotton as the final layer in contact with the skin is also available: the Futon Hybrid H3 with Cotton, Latex, and Pocket Springs.
This Japanese futon is available in single, queen or double bed size.

When first removing the futon from its packaging, we recommend folding or rolling it in the opposite direction to how it was packed. This helps smooth out the cover and filling.
Futons, being quilted mattresses, do not feature a removable cover. In the event of stains, we recommend using a suitable stain remover for spot treatment. To safeguard your futon from potential stains and dust accumulation, we suggest utilizing a removable cover available in the Accessories section.
Additionally, it is advisable to periodically flip the futon to maintain the density of its cotton layers. To ensure longevity, the futon should be occasionally rolled up and allowed to air out, facilitating the release of any absorbed moisture from the environment. We recommend doing this at least 4 times a year.
If the futon filling contains two layers of coconut fibre, it cannot be folded. In this case, we recommend turning the mattress from time to time to maintain an even density of the cotton and/or wool layers. To air the mattress, you can leave it on the bed with the window open for about an hour, then turn it over and leave it to air for another hour.
The futon cover is available in a variety of colors, shown in the selection above. Hand-sewn seams are carefully matched to the fabric, creating a cohesive and refined look.
Natural white futons always feature white felts in the tufting points. For colored futons, you can choose between matching fabric buttons or black felt in the configuration settings.
